A Monday court hearing will determine whether Michael David Barrett, the man accused of recording surreptitious nude videos of ESPN reporter Erin Andrews, will return to Los Angeles in police custody or by himself. Barrett, a native of Illinois, appeared before a U.S. Magistrate in Chicago on Friday. The Associated Press says the magistrate ordered that he return to L.A., where the federal charges of interstate stalking were filed against him.
